Refund Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Free trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends and you choose to continue with a paid plan.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalty. After cancellation, your account will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide credits or refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds after billing
We generally do not offer refunds after a billing cycle has started. However, we handle exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a significant service outage, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. We may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of an annual subscription at our discretion, particularly for accounts that cancel within the first 30 days after an annual renewal.
