What data we collect

When you use Notase, we collect:

• Account data: Your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google or email.
• Listing content: Property details, addresses, and descriptions you enter to generate marketing copy.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and errors encountered — used to improve the product.
• Billing data: Subscription status and payment history (we do not store raw card numbers — payment processing is handled by our payment provider).

How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Notase service
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, export notifications, billing receipts)
• To respond to support requests
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns (never tied to individual identity in any report shared externally)

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. Your listing content is never used to train external AI models or shared with other users.

Third-party services we use

• Neon: PostgreSQL database hosting (your data is stored and encrypted here)
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• OpenAI: AI content generation (listing content is sent to OpenAI solely to generate your marketing copy)
• Vercel: Hosting and deployment

Data retention

We retain your account data and listings for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data and listing content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Notase after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
