1. Introduction
Notase (“Notase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a software-as-a-service platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”).
For questions about this policy or our practices, contact us at support@notase.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and an authentication identifier issued by our identity provider. If you sign in with a third-party provider (for example, Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider as authorized by you.
Content you create
This includes property data you enter (such as addresses, prices, features, and descriptions), brand assets (logos and signatures), writing style presets, generated content, and any files you upload or export.
Usage information
We log how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited, features used, generation activity, and timestamps. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Technical information
We automatically collect information about your device and connection, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URLs, and similar diagnostic data.
Communications
When you contact us by email or through the Service, we retain the content of your communications and our responses so that we can assist you and maintain records.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Authenticate users, manage accounts, and handle subscriptions and billing;
- Generate, verify, and deliver outputs requested by you through the Service;
- Communicate with you about the Service, including service notifications, security alerts, and support responses;
- Analyze usage and improve the Service, including measuring performance, diagnosing issues, and developing new features;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not train our underlying generative models on your content, and we contractually restrict our AI subprocessors from doing so.
4. How we share information
We share personal information with a limited set of trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Service. Current categories and providers include:
- Authentication: Clerk, to manage sign-in, sign-up, and session security.
- Database and storage: Neon (PostgreSQL hosting) and Vercel (application hosting and edge infrastructure), to store and serve Service data.
- Email delivery: Resend, for transactional emails such as account and billing notifications.
- AI generation: Anthropic and other model providers, to generate listing content in response to your requests. These providers are contractually restricted from training their models on your inputs or outputs.
- Payments: A payment processor, to handle subscription billing and refunds.
- Analytics and error monitoring: Providers we use to measure Service performance and diagnose issues, configured to exclude Customer Content where technically feasible.
An up-to-date list of subprocessors is maintained in our Data Processing Addendum.
We may also disclose personal information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, to comply with legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights or safety of Notase or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except to the extent we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
You can export your data at any time through your workspace settings before closing your account.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you. These may include the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@notase.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to authenticate users, keep you signed in, and remember your preferences (such as theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage of the Service.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls for Notase personnel, regular backups, and audit logging.
No system is perfectly secure. You can help protect your account by choosing a strong password, enabling available security features, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. International transfers
The Service is hosted with providers that operate globally. Personal information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses to govern cross-border transfers.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. The most recent version is always available on this page, together with its effective date.
